So now lets look at why they may appear on our cheeks?

Apart from the use of the wrong makeup or not cleansing our make up off correctly, here are some other potential under lying health related issues that may be causing these constant breakouts on our cheeks…

Take a look into your diet, your diet could potentially be to high in diary.

Stress. Stress can have an effect on your body in lots of different ways and this could be one of them!


Lung problems. Smoking.


Its important to look after your body and back in return your skin will look after you!
