Mind Your Health

Yes, it’s so on trend to meditate! But here’s another reason why jumping on the mindfulness bandwagon – a few minutes in the morning is actually as beneficial for your waistline as it is for your mind according to a study by Brown University. Those who practice daily ย to have healthy glucose levels, and are more motivated to exercise and resist sugary foods.

A study found the combination of 30 minutes of mindlessness followed by 30 minutes of aerobic exercise reduces symptoms of depression and negative thoughts by boosting synchronized brain activity.

Don’t mind if we do!
