Terms and Conditions

We advise all our clients to read through our terms and conditions before making a booking. These are put in place to safeguard the e.m.skin clinic & beauty salon and to ensure we can offer exceptional standards and service to every client.

In booking an appointment you are agreeing to our terms and conditions which are stated below.

Booking Fee

We require a booking fee of £10.00-£20.00 to secure every appointment, this is deducted from the total amount due at your appointment

Cancellation Policy

To change or cancel your appointment, we ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice. This will give another client the opportunity to fill your space. Please Note: Booking fees will be lost if less than the above required notice is given.


Bookings made for any course of treatments must be paid for in advance. If less than 48 hours notice is given to cancel or change one of the appointments throughout the course then that single treatment will be lost.

Unattended/Missed appointments

All missed unattended appointments will lose any deposit paid.

Arrival Time to your appointment

We ask that all our clients arrive on time to your appointment. This will ensure all clients can be seen in the time slot allocated to them.

Consultation and Consent Forms

A number of our treatments will require you to fill out a consent form prior to the treatment procedure.

This will be filed for future reference and treated with the utmost confidence.


For insurance reasons , we kindly ask clients not to bring young children into the e.m.skin clinic & beauty salon.


We reserve the right to amend, modify and alter the tariff for individual treatments and packages without prior notice.
